Trinity Valley Consulting Engineers acted as the design engineer and construction manager for the Willow Creek Community Services District (WCCSD) water filtration plant. Working closely with WCCSD staff, agency officials, and construction personnel, TVCE was involved every step of the way, from preliminary planning and design through construction.
The new water filtration plant was a necessary piece of infrastructure for the community of Willow Creek, providing increased capacity for the growing population and bringing the WCCSD water system into compliance with state health criteria.
Work for this project included survey, design engineering, permitting, field engineering, construction management, and construction inspection.
